On Christmas Day, we will deliver Christmas meals to Fire Stations 3 & 11 and snacks/treats to the police station. Oakridge residents are invited to be involved by providing food, writing notes of appreciation, or helping with delivery. Do you have a favorite holiday recipe to contribute (dumplings, tamales, rice cakes, Christmas bread)? Then consider signing up to provide food. Do you plan to be in town on Christmas Day? Then consider volunteering to help with deliver. Do you enjoy writing thoughtful notes? Consider expressing your appreciation for these hard workers through notes and cards.
